LWR encoding module for magnetic, RFID, and chip cards

Card encoding with maximum precision

The LWR encoding module is the universal solution for personalizing and encoding magnetic, RFID, and chip cards.

It processes standard ID-1 cards made of plastic, paper, or special materials and impresses with its high coding quality and durable mechanics.

Thanks to its modular design, the LWR module can be flexibly integrated into existing systems and is ideal for small to medium-sized personalization systems.

Flexible card encoding in one device

The LWR encoder can personalize and read all three card typesmagnetic, RFID, and chipin one system.

The device reaches speeds of up to 2,900 cards per hour and supports both HICO and LOCO magnetic strips.

Paper, plastic, and special cards can be transported through or ejected on the same side.

An optional magnetic head lift allows RFID or chip cards to be processed without wearing down the magnetic head.

This makes the LWR a particularly robust and versatile coding module for industrial applications.
