CS-SWR coding system

High-speed magnetic card encoding with data security

The CS-SWR encoding system from Rinas Gerätetechnik is a compact, precise high-speed system for magnetic card encoding.

It offers maximum performance, quality, and data security in a minimal amount of space.

The robust mechanics and internal comparison of write and read data with OK/NOK control ensure error-free results in any production environment.

CS-SWR Magnetkarten Codiersystem von Rinas Gerätetechnik

High-speed magnetic card encoding

The CS-SWR can process up to 5,500 cards per hour.

The system automatically compares write and read data and marks each card with an OK or NOK result in order to immediately sort out faulty cards.

The reading data can be transferred to the Rinas software for complete logging and archived there.
Suitable for processing thin paper cards as well as thicker cards.

Data security in magnetic card encoding

The CS-SWR offers comprehensive data security and traceability.
All reading data is automatically checked and can be stored for quality assurance purposes.

Defective cards are detected, sorted out, and documented.

The system operates reliably even at high throughput rates.

Logging and quality control

With Rinas software, every encoding can be fully documented.

The OK/NOK comparison and optional optical scanners ensure consistent coding quality with every run.

Expandable coding system modules

The system can be supplemented with scanners or transport modules.

For pre-personalized cards, the scanner reads existing data, compares it with the CSV file/database, and automatically encodes the corresponding magnetic tracks.
