Drop-on-demand inkjet printing for variable data
The CS-DOD printing module from Rinas Gerätetechnik is a fast drop-on-demand printing system for personalizing cards and tickets made of plastic, wood, or paper.
Piezoelectric inkjet technology enables razor-sharp monochrome or CMYK color printing of variable data such as barcodes, logos, text, or graphics.
The system perfectly complements the Rinas CS-LWR and CS-SWR coding systems and can be integrated on a modular basis.
Variable data with drop-on-demand printing
The CS-DOD printer is designed for contactless inkjet printing and prints 1D and 2D codes, text, and logos in the highest resolution.
The heating elements in the print head maintain a constant ink temperature and ensure a consistent ink supply, minimizing clogging and maximizing uptime.
An integrated UV LED curing system enables fast drying and abrasion-resistant printing.
