Rinas stacker systems handle the orderly stacking and unstacking of cards and tickets after personalization, coding, or inspection. They ensure a continuous production flow, reduce manual intervention, and guarantee precise, gentle handling of different card types. Rinas offers three motor-driven systems for card handling:
- KLE: motorized unloader with external control via PBX
- KLA: motorized stacker with integrated electronics
- KLW: horizontal belt stacker with integrated control system for inline applications
All models are suitable for plastic, paper, and RFID cards and can be flexibly integrated into existing Rinas or OEM production lines.
KLE stacker - motorized destacker
Precise destacking with electronic level control
The KLE stacker picks up cards from upstream modules and stacks them in a controlled manner in a magazine.
The electronic level control keeps the stack height constant and ensures trouble-free production—even at high cycle rates.
An optional good/bad sorting function allows defective cards to be ejected into separate compartments.
Thanks to its robust mechanics and quiet drive technology, the KLE is suitable for continuous operation in industrial production environments.
Control via PBX unit
The PBX (Power & Bus Extension) is the central control box of the KLE.
It controls motors, sensors, and level control, and communicates with higher-level systems via RS232 or CAN interfaces.
Functions can be parameterized in the software or controlled externally.
This allows the KLE to be easily integrated into complex card personalization systems or OEM lines.

KLA stacker – motorized stacker
Standalone stacker with integrated control system
The KLA stacker takes cards from a magazine and feeds them back into the production process with precision.
It has its own integrated control system with RS232 and CAN interfaces, full recognition, and an automatic sorting function for faulty cards.
Thanks to its variable card magazine and adjustable stack holder, the KLA can process cards of different thicknesses without modification.
The system is low-maintenance, quiet, and precise, ideal for continuous operation or OEM integration.

KLW tape stacker – horizontal card handling
Horizontal belt stacking
for inline systems
The KLW stacker was developed for horizontal production environments in which cards are transported and stacked linearly.
It combines compact design with integrated control, making it ideal for inline applications, test systems, or space-saving OEM solutions.
The KLW can accept or dispense cards from the side without interrupting the transport flow—a decisive advantage for end-of-line checks or ticket processes.
