RFE continuous encoder
Continuous encoding for RFID and magnetic stripe tickets
The RFE coding machine from Rinas Gerätetechnik is a system for coding and personalizing continuous or pre-punched tickets.
It supports all common RFID standards as well as magnetic encoding according to ISO 7811 HICO and LOCO.
Thanks to flexible architecture, printing, scanning, and verification modules can be integrated to fully personalize, encode, and verify tickets.
RFID and magnetic encoding for tickets
The RFE system encodes RFID tickets with Legic, Mifare, I-Code, Hitag, or EM chips and alternatively magnetically encodes them in accordance with ISO 7811.
The number of antennas and controllers is freely scalable and enables parallel RFID programming for high throughputs with large amounts of data.
A second RFID position is used for UID verification and data validation during the production process.

Double-sided printing and scanning
The print module uses HP inkjet technology with up to four print heads.
Thanks to special ink, no dryer is required, which reduces costs and energy consumption.
The scanner checks printed data on both sides for readability and sends it to the control software for validation.
Quality assurance and error control
Faulty tickets, such as those with illegible printing or defective chips, are automatically detected.
They can be visually marked with a marker pen and sorted out.
The software also checks whether the print matches the RFID chip’s UID to ensure error-free assignment.

Frequently asked questions about RFE coding machines
The RFE coding machine processes continuous and pre-cut tickets made of paper in variable lengths and widths.
The machine works with Legic, Mifare, I-Code, Hitag, and EM chips and offers flexible antenna configurations.
Yes, up to four inkjet print heads can be mounted on both sides.
The scanner reads barcodes, 2D codes, and OCR text on both sides.
Incorrect or illegible tickets are automatically detected, marked, and optionally deleted.
The data is stored and documented in the Rinas software.
