The Rinas encoding software has even more built-in flexibility thanks to its ability to integrate additional customer requirements. In addition to a database connection (various database formats supported) there is also an optimized order management. New features, including card status editing for example, permit the rapid post-production of cards should they have failed validity checks or simply need to be post-produced.
Direct control of the Rinas machine by customer configuration:
Some customers do not always wish to reveal their encoding process know-how so they are able to react flexibly to changes. A connection between the customer software and the Rinas control software is established via a defined protocol. Commands and status messages can be used to communicate between both software parts. In addition, there is the possibility to configure the machine with the help of a configuration file (in XML format) as desired.
